Another Halloween Card

I absolutely love his image from Stamping Bella.
I had forgot I had ordered this one. So I made some cards with her and this one is going to my daughter. She will find it under her pillow on Halloween morning!

I think she will like it!

SC192, and a New Bella Card

Today was an eventful day for me. I got all my scrapping stuff unpacked and put away, and my scrap room cleaned! Isn't it a wonderful feeling to have everything where it goes??! So once that was done I got to play and mess my table up again!HAHAHA

So here is my submission for the SCS sketch challenge 192! I had alot of fun with this sketch because I got to use my new SU stamps that came yesterday from the UPS man!!

For this card I used the Upsy Daisy stamp set with the Washington apple dp! I love both of these new things!!! The colors I used are pumpkin pie, so saffron, bashful blue and, riding hood red. I must say these colors go great together! I roughed all the edges, added a photo corner with brads to the image, and used the canvas bg stamp on the so saffron piece.

The next card I made is a Bella card! I haven't worked on a Bella in a long while just because I have been concentrating on SU and the new catty!

I got this stamp from Lynn for my birthday and decided to make a card for a friend of mine. We have been kinda on different schedules and I have been being a bad friend. So I thought I would send this cute card to her and re-connect.
I have another card to show you tomorrow of Kristina's color challenge.
Check back in the morning for that card as I am still finishing it up!
Enjoy

Tomorrows another day

It has been almost a week since my last post. I cant believe it!
But I thought my family needed some one on one time with my hubby and I!
I am sorry to all who check in on me quite frequently!
But my hiatus is over for now.
Mind you I havent been blogging but I have been sneaking away when the kids are in the pool or napping and still stamping! LOL

I must say though we didn't do a whole lot except we spent one day in Cedar Point!
The kids had a blast and hubby and I were completely beat by the time we got back to the van at 10:00 pm! The reason we really got to go was because we got GREAT discounted tickets thru Chrysler(where hubby works).
My sister got to go with us and the kids had alot of fun with Aunt Debbie! But she did have an aweful evening because while we were on the Magnum (incase you dont know its one of the higher and newer rollar coasters) she lost her phone.
She had it stuck in the top of her shirt and it flew out on one of the last hills! It wasnt funny at the time, but when I look back and remember seeing this green square thing just kinda hanging in the air which seemed like foreverI start to laugh a bit! Sorry Sis! LOL Here's a picture of us at the fountain!

I have also received my pre-order from Stampin Up! And let me just say I am so excited to see what else they have in store for us in the new catty!! I cant wait much longer I am going thru withdrawals of new Stampin Up stuff!!!
I Love the sock monkey set and the scallop punch is awesome!
So here's my first card with the sock monkey! And I love how it turned out!
This is for a swap I am in on SCS so I hope they like it too!

**Supplies- Sock Monkey, creamy caramel cs, pink piroutte cs, riding hood red cs, Bella rose DP, scallop border punch.
Now I will show you another card for a swap I am in on SCS!
Its a princess pretty pants swap and I love how this turned out too!
These need to get in the mail tomorrow since they are due on Monday!
I was really cutting this close!LOL

Another new card I made was using the Fresh Cuts set!
With the Pink Piroutte cs and Riding Hood Red cs. I love all the new In-colors this year!!

If you have any questions about my cards, don't hesitate to email me!
Thanks in advance!

Weekend Sketch Challenge 53

This card I am gonna share with you is a RAK image from Deb over at Sharing my Obsession! She sent me a card while back and it had this Bikerbella babe in it! Thanks again Deb. I finally use one and I like how it turned out. I used it for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge which is her last one until August. She is taking a break for the summer to be with her family. We will miss you Beate but I hope you enjoy your summer!
Enjoy

**SUPPLIES- real red cs,ballet blue cs, black cs, prisma color pencils and gamosol, real red ribbon, circle punches and scallop circle punch.

Monday again!

The weekend seemed to fly by on me, and I got nothing creative accomplished.
With t-ball, birthday parties, SU meeting, church and a visit to my in-laws the weekend was pretty busy!
I am hoping to get into the studio this afternoon once my daughter lays down for a nap.
I have thank you cards to make for my daughters communion.
I would also love to get some scrapbook pages finished.
And I am hoping to get to a few challenges from last week that I need to finish.
I really don't understand how all of you in blogger world get so many challenges accomplished every week.
I guess I have horrible time management. It just seems like there is never enough time in the day for me to finish all my housework, kids stuff and stamping.
Although if it was up to me the STAMPING would come first!LOL
So today I am sharing with you something I made to hold my Bella stamped images that I receive from swaps and the wish RAK group. It might look familiar to you.

I had seen this box on Mabies blog and tried to make it. Actually I had seen it done alittle different on someone elses blog but cant remember where. But the other day I was playing around and decided to leave the sides off and use envelopes to make my pockets on the inside to hold my images. I cut the top flap off the envelopes. I then used my adhesive to only tape the envelopes together at the very bottom. I believe I added 10-12 envelopes to make this box. I think it turned out cute, and since my battery died half way thru taking pictures. I will post a pic of the inside later today!
*UPDATE- I forgot to tell you that I used magnets to keep this closed, but I also used ribbon just as an added bonus. Heres the pic of the inside.
Enjoy

Supplies- Cameo coral cs, old olive cs, barely banana cs, petals jumbo wheel, flowahbella, dew drops.

Only ducks could enjoy this weather!

Today it is one of those "I want to stay in bed" raining days!
Or at least stay in my jammies!LOL
The weather here in Michigan is beyond strange.
Last week it was in the high 70's and sunny.
Then Saturday night it got very cold and windy.
And now its Monday , cold, wet and rainy! UGH.
When is the nice spring weather going to come and stay??!!

Anyhow I have two cards I received from friends I want to share with you today.
The first one is from my friend Lynn and it is a thank you card for a basket Bonnie and I put together for her for having the Bella Ball at her house.

Lynn is an awesome friend and is always going out of her way for everyone else.
She helps you so much that she rarely gets her own stuff made!
Thanks Lynn for being there for all of us, and helping when ever we need you!

The next one is from my Bella sister, Carol.

She has yet to start a blog, but she should really rethink that because her creations are wonderful. So I am sharing her card she made for me. I joined the Bella sister club(I guess you could call it a club) and am so happy that I got to know Carol! Thanks Carol, it came on a gloomy day and really cheered me up!!

I think I am off to get some images stamped for the WRAK group, hopefully. It is hard to get motivated with such awful weather but I will try my darndest!!
Enjoy.

Oh So Pretty!!!!!

Ever have those days that you don't really feel pretty!
Today is that day for me! I have had a constant headache because I have had my hair in a ponytail for two days straight.
Why you ask? Well with Andy on afternoons I am running around constantly and have NO time for myself!
I do get to take a shower everyday but have no time to fix my hair.
If you only saw my hair in real life you would know what I was talking about, it is so thick. Takes me forever to dry it. If I let it air dry I look like cousin IT from the Munsters!LOL My ponytail is like a horses tail, thick and coarse. I have to stretch out scrunchies or by the headband kind and double it up as a ponytail holder!
Anyway, enough about me not liking my hair!LOL

The one thing that comes to mind when I think of the Ohsopretty bella, is from the movie "Dirty Dancing". When Baby's sister sings "I'm so pretty!" at the end of the year talent show! LOL
I got this image from my friend Lynn. And I think I am really likin it!!
Well I am off to bed for another busy day tomorrow!
Enjoy

More Bellas

I absolutely love Bellas(as you may already know), And there are so many new ones that I think I need!!LOL
Here is two more I made at my friend Lynn's house the other night!
The first one is Cakeabella. I love this one and tend to use it alot for birthdays!
I used my prisma colored pencils and gamasol to color my bellas as always. I feel the copics are just too expensive for me right now, so why try them and fall in love if I cant buy them??!! The DP on this card I have no idea who made it, sorry. I used real red, yoyo yellow and bazzil blue. I used a new CB embossing folder for this one and pop dots and brads!

My next card was made with Lynn's cupcakeabella. I really love this one, too.
And I love making them on a bigger card, my creative space!LOL
I use DP from Joann's, pretty in pink, soft sky, and pumpkin pie. I used the photo corner punch, oval punches, cuttlebug embossing folder, dazzling diamonds, crystal flower, and brads.

Hope your all enjoying your weekend!
Enjoy

The Bella Ball

I am so mad that I took my camera to Lynn's last night but never once turned it on!
So I have no pictures of the Bella Ball! We had a blast though! It was a very laid back stamping party and pink was the color of the night!
We ordered pizza, and had snacks, cupcakes, drinks out of margarita glasses, and of course chocolate!! We have also decided we need to do this more often!
I got about 6 cards made! The first one is the fishingfella! I used Bonnie's stamp since the only fella I have is the golfafella! I love how it turned out!

Supplies-kraft cs, creamy caramel cs, chocolate chip cs, DP from Joanns, brads, twine, photo corner punch, fishingfella.
The next one is the Veggiebella! I stamped this one of Lynn's and I think I need this Bella! I love coloring Bella's and making these beautiful cards!
Supplies-real red, soft sky, only orange, DP from Joanns, SU flower punch, dew drops, sponging, prisma color pencils and gamasol, veggiebella.
I have some more that I will post tommorrow!
Have to go shoping for some last minute communion stuff for my daughter!
Hope you have a great weekend!
Enjoy

Bella Ball

Tonight is when my friends and I are getting together to stamp nothing but Bella's and make cards!! I am so excited. We all are really doing it up like a beautiful ball!! So here are the tins I filled with candy for everyone that will participate!
Aren't they cute? I also made pretty pink frosted cupcakes for everyone to enjoy! They should be very tasty! I am off to finish packing up my supplies!
Hope everyone is having a great day and a wonderful start to the weekend!

From Carol my Bella Sistah!!!

I received this cool bella card and stamp from my Bella sistah for sending her a goodie bucket filled with stuff for her to have fun with!!!!!
This is the first time I participated in the Bella Sistah on the Bellaholicsanonymous Yahoo Group. I got so lucky with my Bella Sistah, Carol is great! We talk a couple times a week and correspond through emails and my blog! She is a very nice person and I am glad I got to know her! Thanks Carol for the great card and thank you stamp! Hugz

WOW! What a nice Weekend!

We had a nice relaxing Saturday with just a few people over for my two daughters birthdays!! Such a change from the crazy, busy, loud parties we usually have! Not that I don't enjoy have a party its just bad timing for a big party with Easter next week. So I invited godparents and grandparents and had a nice cozy meal!
So here are two pics of my daughters at their birthday celebration!

This is Heather who turned 12 on the 12th!

This is Ella who turns 3 on Tuesday!

Now on to a Bella card!
Another image I received from the swap I entered!
I don't like how it turned out, the coloring I mean!
It just wasn't a good paper to be coloring on.
I love SU's whisper white for colored pencils and gamosol.

So tomorrow I get back on the SU train and start creating some new samples from all the goodies I got when my order came in.
Also I have a camp coming up on Friday March 28th.
So if you have received an email from me and wish to attend please give me a call so I can be prepared!
Thanks so much to all the people that visit my blog and leave comments!
They are an inspiration and well appreciated!
Thank you to all my family and friends that have supported me in my new business venture.
I can not wait to help you find your creative side! LOL
Enjoy!!!

Bella's, Bella's, Bella's

I love, love, love the Bella's! As you can tell!!
So the Bella cards are for the RAK's I am sending out!
I hope they enjoy them as much as I did making them!!!!
I joined the WISH-RAK group on SCS.
When I first read the rules I thought, OMG this is too involved!
But the more I found out about it, I thought this is pretty cool!
Basically you get three wishes a day!
And the more wishes you fulfill you rack up bonus wishes!
You post what your looking for whether it be a stamped image, brads, buttons, ribbon, DP.
Whatever you are looking for!
As long as you list the company if it is not SU!
But each thing you ask for is a separate wish!
So I am fulfilling 3 wishes I found in which I have what they are asking for!
Some are quite old and have not been fulfilled, so I am sure it will be a nice surprise to finally receive what they have asked for!
Enjoy!!

Happy Birthday to my MOM

My mom is no where computer illiterate so she doesn't get to see my blog! :(
Her birthday was Monday & she is coming over on Saturday for a small birthday celebration so I made her card and cant wait to give it to her!!

Again, another simple card!
I used a Bella that I received from an image swap I participated in over at SCS!
Thanks to Bridget who hosted the swap!
As you know, if you read my blog, I LOVE BELLA'S!
And now EM has added shirts and mugs to her beautiful line of Bella's!

Its Big Brother night, so I am off to curl up in bed with a snack and watch to see who gets evicted.
Enjoy!

Birthday Card for Heather

My oldest is 12 today, and it just seems like yesterday I was in labor with her.
She was a wonderful baby.
I think that's why we decided to have more.
How we forget what labor is like until we get in the delivery room again!!!
I can't believe how time REALLY flys!

Heather loves pink and cupcakes so I thought I would use my Bella cupcakes and make her a card!!!
Very simple but turned out wonderful!!She will love it!
She gets out of chores today and gets to pick dinner!
I am hoping her choice is better then my other daughters, PB&J and mac n cheese!!
What is your birthday traditions? I would love to hear what you do!

It's funny cause I was thinking about when I was a kid, for our birthdays we always had cake and presents. Not alot of family just my brother, sister and parents.
Now my hubby on the other hand, birthdays weren't a big deal.
He always said he was lucky if anyone was home because his birthday was in June.
So he spent his birthday with his parents and most of the other kids were gone
because school was out! At least he got out of dish duty!LOL

I will be back later to post the card for my mom!
Enjoy!

Finally getting over the cold just in time for MORE cold and snow!

Funny how as soon as I say I am feeling better we suddenly have a big snowfall coming
our way and I will be sick again! LOL Oh well we are so used to it here in Michigan, seeing as you could have ALL 4 seasons in one 24 hour period!

I got downstairs today and cleaned up my mess from my first stampin up workshop!
Workshop?? Who named it a workshop anyway?? Its defiantly not WORK to me.
It should be called a FUNSHOP! Laundry, dishes and cleaning is work and not at all fun!

OK where was I , oh I cleaned up and do you know that feeling you get when everything is back in its place, that feeling that you have to mess it all up again because your feelin like making something!
That's what I did!!

So here they are!!
The first one is a card for a friend of mine to let her know I miss her and am thinking of her! She is not a scrapbooker or card maker, and I am not sure how often she reads my blog so I am posting it!
She is going to culinary school and she is an excellent baker! She makes all my kids birthday cakes and is currently gonna start soon on my daughters communion cake!! They taste awesome and look wonderful!
We don't really see each other as often as we should, but you know how it is when life is crazy! But I will try and call her very soon!

The next one was just something I have been meaning to stamp. I had ordered this set from MFT awhile ago and never inked it up!
So I decided to make a 5x5 birthday card. By the way does anyone know where I can find 5x5 size envelopes??
I didn't think about it till I had the card finished! I like making the bigger cards especially for MFT cards or Bellas! So now I have a stack I have made but cant send cause I don't have any envelopes!!UGH!

If there's anything you have questions about, just ask! I have rambled so much I decided not to list my supplies!
Enjoy!

Another Bella

I just received my order not that long ago with this new Bella in it!
I had to stamp some images for a swap I was in and decided to stamp an extra to make a card with!
I have no idea who or what I would send this card for but thought it was cute!
The DP is by KI Memories.
I also used my white fun flock for the first time, too.
I love it and hope you like my card as well!
Thanks for coming back!
Enjoy

Happy Birthday Bella!

I must say I am feeling better today! Knock on wood!
I got alot of sleep last night and hopefully will get a nap in if my daughter takes one!
This card is from a few days ago!
I love Bella's and I love giving them!
This one is for a friend that had a birthday awhile ago !
That's how behind I am, so I sent her some fun goodies too!
Hopefully she will forgive me for being so late!

I am working on another Bella card so check back later!
Enjoy!

Mwah Bella

When I first saw these new bellas, I thought, hmmmmmmm I don't think I like them!
Now I see them everywhere and I think I like them now!
Its probably their butt that threw me off, I mean really WHO has a butt like that??!!

My friend Bridget came over today and she just got her first Bella order and guess which one she ordered? That's right Mwah Bella!!
So of course I had to stamp some for myself!
And I threw this card together while she was sitting here!
I did change the saying once she left and put it in some punched circles!
Looks better this way I think.

I am finishing up a cute mailbox that I started today so check back later!!
Enjoy

Tomorrow is my sisters birthday and I just couldn't bring myself to pick a card from my box. Don't get me wrong they are great cards, just felt like I had to put something together JUST for her, I mean it is HER birthday.
She will be 33. WOW, she is catching up,hehe.
Alittle bit about my sis is she LOVES shoes and purses, but who doesn't right.
She always has the latest things and everything matches!!
So I decided to make her a bella card.
Green is her favorite color, so why not put Debbiebella in green and put some green in her card, too.
But she needs to spend it on something silly, something she may have been wanting but couldn't justify buying!
Happy Birthday SIS!!!
